1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 577jl (hereinafter referred to as "577jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 577jl website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By accessing the 577jl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 577jl, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gaming platform;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 577jl or any of its affiliated entities;
• Agree to these Terms and all associated policies in full.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

577jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 577jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 577jl reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 577jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify 577jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 577jl recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details, including your registered address or contact information, must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting 577jl customer support.

3.4 Account Currency

All 577jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in PHP unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

577jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer
• Metrobank online transfer

577jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 577jl account dashboard and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at 577jl's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may take up to five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your verification documents. 577jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

577jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 577jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to suspend accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 577jl reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 577jl are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

577jl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game-specific restrictions. 577jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 577jl are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant details before confirming a wager. 577jl will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific game or event rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 577jl. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at 577jl's discretion. 577jl reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at any time.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event or game to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned;
• The bet was placed at an erroneous price or odds due to a technical error;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules;
• Circumstances arise that, in 577jl's reasonable judgment, render the settlement of the bet unfair or impractical.

Where a bet is declared void, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 577jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 577jl's decision in such matters is final. No winnings will be paid on bets affected by a confirmed technical error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 577jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 577jl platform;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 577jl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 577jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 577jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 577jl platform without the prior written consent of 577jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

577jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 577jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 577jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Termination by 577jl

577jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that 577jl deems appropriate. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, 577jl may forfeit the entire account balance.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 577jl platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 577jl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 577jl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

577jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 577jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 577jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
